WHAT THE???

<p>I am gobsmacked with your homeloans for 2 reasons. Firstly, when we app**** for a building loan last year, someone in their infinite wisdom changed my address to an abode where I have NEVER resided?? I noticed this when I signed the documents at your laywers and FIXED it right there and then. Can your people read? Do they actually pay attention to those docyments? Everytime I phone, I am told I live at "the wrong address" and must go back to the branch to do RICA. Hello Standard bank, I have NEVER lived at the address on the himeloan account! Where did you get tgat address???</p> <p>Secondly, we app**** to transfer the bond to my daughter's name. As far as we know, all was approved, done and dusted. So why did you debit MY cheque account AFTER my daughter already paid the bond and then you chargd me for bounced debit order? </p> <p>Ag please someone who can read, sort out this mess!!!</p>
