What's the point of applying for consolidation
<p>So im over indebted...an option is to apply for consolidation with std bank to (as mentioned) consolidate debt in order to get out this hole I dug myself in...the outcome:declined due to affordibitabily. But was that not the point...affordability would not be an issue if I could consolidate the debt!!!! These institutions force you to go into debt counseling as an only option ....to forever be marked for a situation that could easily have been avoided</p>
