What's good for the one is not good for the other

My Wife transfered money from my account into an incorrect account on the 27/07/2016. When i queried it, i was asdvised that it would cost me R300.00 but there is no guarentee that they can reverse the money. On the 26/10/2016, money was paid into my account in error. I received a call from Lukas Manana requesting authorisation to preform a reversal which was done on the 28/10/2016. I explained to Lukas that a very similar situation happened to me. Lukas requested that I send him the details which i have done on the 31/10/2016. Lukas would have investigated the matter because it was from a STD bank acc to another, he advised that it would be no problem. It is now the 29/11/2016, almost a month later and I still have not heard anything. I kept sending follow up e mails, telephone calls, but no joy. My concern here is, why was there quick action when money was transfered into my account but when I querried my transaction, I was quick enough advised on the charges and no effort was done to assist. Why do I have to wait so long for someone , who promised me to assist, to come back to me? Its also like my Home Loan claim. I had to get the details from the 3rd who caused the damge and supply that to the recovery team as they sop called could not trace the 3rd party responsible and still, to recover R750.00 excess really does not take 3 years??? WHAT IS GOING ON> DONT YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS ANYMORE?????
