What next please help
I app**** for a payment Holiday from standard Bank home loan which was approved, for June, July and August 2025, how ever debited orders still run each month and I was charged for debited order not provided and honering fees as we'll as over my bank limit fees. I called in in October to ask what my errears on my Home Loan I was given an amount of 29 000 on the 11th of November 2025 I Paid 33000 thought my errears is sorted because I paid and my debit orders continue I run into difficulties again ask for assistance 8 was told my account is 7 months in arrears and that standard Bank home loan can only reduce my but my errears will continue for the 6 months on reduce amount standard Bank will monitor than after 6 months standard Bank will respread the errears I am disgusted in the methodology standard Bank use to get me more in arrears instead of working out a method to pay off the errears instead of getting customers into worse position and no one taking responsibility of assisting me getting out of the errears that I already paid no solution and on top of all after arrangements was made and email received is still get a visit from another debt company on the 17th of July where to from here I inform standard Bank complains about the missing link the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing and leave me with more stress and frustration that why I don't trust standard Bank integrity I need help
