What next

Had house insurance with Standard Bank and found they were ripping me off . There premium was double of what the market offers.<br> Cancelled my policy via the correct channels and found no joy. Contacted Hello Peter and all of a sudden things started moving...with a turn.I requested a refund on a withdrawal they made on my account only to get the following reply:<br> \Due to normal insurance practise if a policy holder has dual insurance both companies contribute 50%"My question is why must the new policy refund me 50% if the fault lays with Standard Bank not acting promptly on a cancellation request?"""
