What is the turnaround time for customer service?
On Tuesday 17/03/2015 I app**** for my revolving credit plan to be increased. This was approved and the documents signed, however Wendy did mention to me that STD bank was offline and the \release"will be done later on. She did phone me later in the afternoon at 13"
