What is the point of VAF CC and Prestige CC numbers?
What is the point of having contact centre number available, when the line never gets answered? I call the prestige line for assistance, only to be asked who my prestige banker is and where he or she is located, then transferred to a line where once again no one answers.
Why is it so hard to get assistance with my VAF debit order that hasn’t gone off as yet?
