What is the point of calling you?

Hallo.<br> <br> I have recently NOTIFIED YOU that I will be travelling to the USA with my credit card and that I will use my Credit Card in the States.<br> <br> I have NOTIFIED YOU!!!<br> <br> What happens? First time I use the CC in the USA, it gets blocked instantly with a SMS from SB that I should call a ***** line.<br> <br> Once again. I DID NOTIFY YOU!!!<br> <br> So I call this number to get my CC unblocked (at a rather expensive rate) and no one answers. <br> <br> Can you please just unblock the damn thing as I don't have access to my money.<br> <br> Once again.
