What is happening with my loan application
Disgusted and appalled with standard bank. I did an online application for a personal loan and received confirmation that the loan was provisionally approved for R30000.
Guess what after numerous escalations and followups standard bank cant even trace the loan application yet i was advised that i would be contacted within 5 business hours to finalize my application that was 48hrs ago and standard bank has still not contacted to complete my application.
Can the digital team who deals with online applications please contact me urgently.
This is the 3rd escalation and nothing is being done.
