What is going to happen to my Ucount Rewards Point

On Saturday I went to the shops to get some groceries. When I finished paying with my card the lady at the teller advised me that they have been problems with Standard bank cards and they don't get through??? Ii had to leave my groceries find an ATM withdraw money and then come back to the store and pay cash. I don't like caring cash as I was ****** at gun point. My question then is what is going to happen to my points that I should have collected?? Ii did advise the Ucount team that ever since I joined the program I never received the Ucount card or I would have used that instead. I lost out on points and I don't like that!!!
