What is going on?!
<p>Last night I needed to draw money for petrol and got an error at the ATM saying "This card is not linked to an account". At the same time my online banking shows my correct balance when I look at the transaction history but zero when I look at the account summary page. Care to explain???!!!! And if you're going to say this is a FICA issue let me stop you right there and say that: 1) Why was I not communicated to beforehand? and 2) I WILL NOT take responsibility for your employees' utter incompetence in failing to update my details with previous FICAs!!!</p>

Apparently my complaint is not serios enough to warrant a phone call from anyone, only emails. In fact, considering the response time, if I hadn't decided to try and resolve this issue myself by visiting a branch yesterday, then my account would still be frozen and I would be stranded without money. Well done Standard Bank, you truly inspire such confidence!
