What happened to my money?

<p>My Mom invested money at Standard Bank Bushbuckridge in 2010 for a period of five years. She went in 2015 to claim her money as per the contract, She was told that apparently she had retracted the investment the following day of investing and it was discovered that there have been some ********** activities. The broker who opened the investment account resigned during the cause of the investigation and went to work at another bank. We took the matter to the police who informed us that the broker had since been arrested for other ********** activities at the bank where he had moved to, but they have not goten back to us as to how the matter will be resolved. The manager at the Bushbuckridge branch says there is nothing they can do about this matter. We have taken the matter to Ombudsman for Banking services in March this year but it has been over 2 years now and my Mom has not received her money. Please Help!</p>
