what happened to customer service

on the 5th of DEC i was depositing r3000 into my acc but the atm only returned r2700,i than phoned the customer service the guy told me to go the branch on Monday the 7th when thy are open of which is what i did and i was help by the branch manager who told me the matter will be resolved by the 14th and gave me a reff no ***.on the 17th i went back to the Branch and the lady who was helping me told me that the manager who was helping me is on leave.so i want to know i should wait for someone who is on leave of which i don't know when is he coming back to solve my query?
