What does Private Banking mean

I bank with Standard Bank Private Banking. I have 5 accounts with them one of which is a savings account for my business. All these accounts are linked to my Private Bank account and I normally do my banking online.<br> Today when I accessed my account needing to transfer funds from the savings account (business account) it reflected \Not available"As Standard Bank have for the last period been experiencing technical problems I thought nothing about this. This afternoon the same. I then phoned Private Banking and after being put through to Business Banking and then Internet banking I was informed that this account had not been FICA ed. How can this bank not inform me that this would be required? I have now sent an email to my \""Private Banker\"" and her assistant and guess what? They are both out of office and have referred me to each other?????.<br> How can this be Private Banking Service???<br> I need to resolve this Urgently<br> """
