What does a Private banker means
Worst customer service ever! And this is just to activate my Samsung Pay as I moved from apple to Samsung I wanted to ask more things but decided to rather go into the bank. Going to a branch is a 2 to 3 hour event They always say they will call me back. What does it mean to have a private banker!! Since MMathema left my account...
I am strongly consider moving my personal and business accounts to Capitec.
I am with Standard Bank since 2005
