What customer service?

<p>I have a very simple issue I'm trying to resolve. I logged a complaint ( ********** 877) on 25 July 2016 and was told someone would contact me withing 3-5 working days. 13 working days later and I've heard nothing. It's not a big problem, so if the bar in terms of customer service is set so low, I'm not surprised you "are experiencing high call volumes" - which, by the way, for a company your size, is in no way an excuse for making me hold on for 10 minutes or more. Just staff your call centre properly. There are volumes of people looking for a job. Back to my original complaint, please could I get it resolved. Thank you.</p>
