What a joke, please stay away. You will only get problems

Please stay away from this bank. They are unreliable and not helpful at all.

I have been having issues with my banking app and have not been able to sort it out for over 2 months. I am travelling abroad and need the service for payments and so forth otherwise my card will be blocked and I will be left stranded. I have been in to the branch several times with no resulution, their customer service is never available their self service menu is a joke. You just cant get ahold of anyone. Their internet banking is a joke, it says my details doesnt match what they have on record, so how is that possible? I have one email and one cell number LOL.

So far they have only cost me grief, money and time. If you want a really bad bank with unreliable processes and like being sent up and down not ever being able to get a hold of anyone and issues with your online stuff then you should choose standard bank.
