WHAT A JOKE

Got ****med via a **** app on 16.10.2025. 17 Transactions for R 3000 were taken from my accounts. Payments were made via Payshap to Discovery Bank Account. I was to download the app and could get a discount if I booked airline within the next 12 months. Yesterday, I received the outcome of the investigation. They could find no fault on the bank's part. WHAT????? There investigation states: Date of transaction 2025-10-36. I have just learnt that October has 36 days. Transaction Amount 15 transactions for R 3000. NO, there were 17. The investigation revealed that I processed payments with the intention of purchasing airline tickets from a third vendor and the airline tickets were not received. NO, I just downloaded the app. Did not buy airline tickets and did not authorize payments. No otp or bank details given. If this how they investigate. I GIVE UP. They furthermore state that should I require futher details including details on the reimbur*****t from Discovery Bank please contact us via email. WHY DIDN'T THEY PUT IT IN THE OUTCOME OF THE INVESTIGATION. Now weeks will pass before you get an answer. IS THIS A SERIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL BANK THAT WE ENTRUST OUR MONEY TO???????? Isn't Standard Bank one of South Africa's oldest banks? Bank that was established over 150 years a go and has not evolved at all. Their ***** department is totally *********** and their systems outdated as they were not to be able to detect 17 *****elent transactions all on the same day and in less than 20 minutes.
