What a great exceptional service

<p>I had sent a complaint to Standard Bank regarding a bad service I have received from their Insurance Brokers. Scelo Mpulo dealt with my complaint and he sure did a very good job at handling my complaint. Had it not be for Scelo this complaint would have gone to the FAIS ombuds. Scelo, thank you for the exceptional service you have provided while I was at my vulnerable state, you sure deceive an award for this! The bank does need people like you who can turn an upset and dissapointed client into a content one!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you!</p>
