WHAT a difference!!!

I have been complaining about this branch so much on this site and my last compliment about Standard bank was picked up by the new manager Wiseman Sibiya, I got a courtesy call from him to ask why I was complaining about his branch and he listened SO patiently to what I had to say and at the end of the call invited me to come see him directly if I ever had a problem with the branch again! THAT'S A FIRST!! <br> When I went into the branch last week Tuesday 4 August, I thought I'd take precaution and let him know before I started the transaction, Wiseman was busy with a client but \made time"to walk downstairs with me and ensure I was going to be ok.
