What A **** Bank! WOW!
I don't know how many times I have to give Standard Bank a bad review for them to actually look into their service standards and customer care values. Once again I stand disappointed by their Deceased or Late Estate dept or whatever they call it. I promise you when I speak about this organisation, I make sure I tell people what a terrible organisation they are. My first bank account I had opened with this organisation and from the age of 16, they have not seized to disappoint me. At least they're constant with that. Hayi shem, ngishap ngani.
