Westville Branch Contact Number

Since yesterday the callcentre is unable to provide me with the westville branch contact details but they say i should speak to the branch directly ive been given a tel no of *** which doesn't go through and they've tried to transfer me to the branch many times but i ended up having to cut the call as i had been put on hold for too long! another consultant told me that they are not allowed to give out branch telephone numbers.<br> <br> how do i get in contact with the Durban Westville branch, can someone please help me???? i work far from them and i will be taking the morning off to go collect my cards but i dont want to get there and be told that i don't have a valid form of identification and not be issued with my new cards.<br>
