West Bank ever standard bank prestige Nd credit devition
My standard bank account was over drawing with R11340 by the 5 of August 2019 I then paid R18000 I'm to my credit card on the 7 of August 2019. To bring my account up to date Nd over paid. This morning 28 August I was debited amount of R13340 I got the msg around 1am I contacted the my prestige banker with no help at all my account was handed over to collections Nd with no explanation. I was told to calm down Nd my money will be reverse tomorrow with no sorry Nd no real explanation. The this the bank do Nd get away with. Do use standard bank they will over in debt you

29 Aug 2019, 18:48This morning my funds that standard bank claims i owe them was taken from my current account and deposit in to my credit card account. Am I the only person that is seeing the wrong in this, And know I will be charge more on my credit card everytime I use my card .
Where is the justice in this.
I have been a very loyal customer and this is the service I get.
I am going on a holiday on Friday I have to cancel cause I now have to rethink about my holiday cause my bank mess this up for me.
Well done standard bank.
