went from opening another acc to closing acc's!

Went in to the Glen branch with the intention of changing her account from a student acc to a chq account now that she has graduated from med school and will be working next year. sat for 40 min, everyone seen before me. got up to query, told there was only one consultant out of them all who could do this. waited a bit longer, asked to see the manager. No response. when finally seen, I asked to rather close this entire acc due to lack of service, consultant ignored me and gave me the papers required to close the account. GREAT STUFF STD BANK, A YOUNG GRADUATE HAS NOW OPENED HER ACCOUNT AT NEDBANK WHO WERE FANTASTIC AND TREATED HER WITH THE RESPECT SHE DESERVES. I WILL BE CLOSING MY TITANIUM C/CARD WITH STD BANK IN JAN. LEFT A COMPLAINT WITH RECEPTION (REFERENCE NO 202637) FOR MNGR TO CALL ME. STILL WAITING. surprise surprise.
