<p>My parents were married OUT of community of property. My dad passed away on 9 sept and Std bank were advised of his death. They was an amt of R5000 owing on his credit card which was Always deducted by debit order at the end of the month. </p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 visits to Brooklyn and my mother went to centurion and was eventually told that she was listed as a bad payer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Std bank : how can you list my mother ? They were married out of community of property. No surety was signed. You were notified of my dads death. No notification was given that the ant was outstanding. You have always settled the debt by debit order. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done. You have made a recent widower and loyal client of 25 years uncontrollably. Sorry you have just lost another customer !! </p>
