Well done Standard Bank Northgate

I have been a loyal customer of Standard Bank since 1973 and have found the service to be acceptable to average until I happened to go into the Northgate branch purely by chance to get a printout as proof of address to buy a cell phone for my helper at home. The lady at Enquiries was most helpful and after seeing my account and noting the fact that I had not really invested some of my pension, she suggested that if I had time, I should see Mrs Jane Chetty for advice with regard to my finances. I only have absolute admiration and gratitude for Jane at Northgate for the incredible advice and service she gave in streamlining my finances for me. I have been so impressed by the outstanding personalised attention provided by Jane that I intend to move my account to Standard Bank Northgate with immediate effect. As customers we tend to be very quick to complain but in this instance, I have to give praise where it is due to Standard Bank Northgate and Mrs Jane Chetty in particular.
