Well Done on Customer Service Improvement

I called the Standard Bank Contact Centre on 8 July 2022 at around 10.59am and required assistance with my accounts. I was assisted by a consultant who was efficient, well mannered customer focused, who provided exemplary service. He kept me informed of what was taking place throughout the call. I have had difficulties with the contact centre in the past but if this agents demeanor is an example of Standard Banks progress in the customer care/service department, then the Bank is on the right track!

Unfortunately l, I did not get the persons name as the line was not clear, but I am hoping that my details will help to trace him, he deserves 10/10!
