Well Done Great service

I went in at Standard Bank in Brackenfell and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Mark Jonkers for a student loan and i must say i have never received just good customer service in a while, the way he interacts and jokes with us we did not even realize how long the process was, the branch manager recognized me from a few days back also kept checking if everything is going well it was a very pleasant visit.
