Welkom Branch need more JACKIES.

Normally when I HAVE to go to the Welkom branch I count to ten before I walk in. There always seems to be an issue or person who either is not willing to assist.

I had to go today to get a new rewards card. Today I got out of my car and told myself to count to ten. I was greeted by Jackie. Such a friendly lady. She helped me and also went out of her way to make sure I do not waste time in lines.

Thank you Jackie. You are a true ambassador for your company. They should employ more people with your attitude and helpfulness.
