On the 10th November 2018 at about 17:30 I went to PnP in my area to buy food for my family only to find that I could not make the purchase as STD Bank has being offline since 15:00 that afternoon I then had to walk out without any food for my family I tried contacting customer care which closed an hour before All this taking place without any form of communication from the bank Which I might add has the ability to inform me when ever there is an issue with the banking app I find it very strange and disturbing that an financial institution as big as STD Bank can contact its customers when small thing break but not when the entire Bank goes for a ball of **** So once again being a loyal customer of STD Bank has left my family without food and no reason as to why No form of communication of any sort as to my we can not eat what we wanted to buy

Well done STD Bank you have joined the ranks of just another African institution WELL DONE going down the drain
