Website info

Why is it that on std bank website it says under credit life insurane that you can visit a bank for more info and if you get to the bank they cannot help you and want to put you in a corner on a ph direvtly to insurance people. If I wamted to discuss everything over the phone why would I would into a bank. I was diagnose with cancer last week and wantwd to make sure I get all my stuff in place. Then I was said they will put me on the phone!!!
