WE TOOK OUT A BOND ON OUR HOUSE AND WE NEEDED INSURANCE FOR THE BOND ON OUR HOUSE. WE ARE INSURED WITH SANTAM . SO STANDARD BANK CHARGED US FOR INSURANCE THAT WE DID NOT NEED BECAUSE WE WERE DOUBLE INSURED.
I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING STANDARD BANK AND THY SAY THAT THY CANT REFUND OUR PREMIUMS AND IF THEY DO IT MUST GO OFF AGAINST THE BOND ACCOUNT. THAT MONEY WERE NEVER THERE MONEY IT IS MINE SO I CAN DETERMINANT WHERE IT GOES. I NEED IT BACK WITH INTREST
