We have a business account with Standard Bank as a church organization but for the last 2-3months we send emails to our banker Russell with no response we went on a Saturday wanting to change a Signatory they couldn't help and said we need to get hold of him. Today we went in again trying to get an appointment with no help as the other banker who was there said she will call us back we are still waiting our account is currently freezed accounts need to be paid but we can't get a single banker to help us. This is very disappointing.
