We do not feel like answering at the Cradlestone Mall branch

Two weeks for a person who works at the Cradlestone Mall branch to help with with signing of documents to open a business bank account. Today, there is no answer when I tried calling the branch. I then called the call centre who said they will put me through, and they did not even get hold of the branch. Looking forward to hear the excuse if they eventually phone.
