Waste of time and money

Std bank is by far the worse when it comes to service. For months now i have complained about not receiving my otp on the ucount rewards. No body in the entire std bank knows how to help me , no body in the entire std bank is willing to help , no body in the entire std bank wants to help me redeem this rewards for a voucher I have multiple rewards programs from different banks and service providers but std bank rewards is pathetic You pay a monthly fee , to get rewards but cant use it when you want to. And also it can o ly be redeemed on std bank terms where other companies the rewards are real cash and can be redeemed for cash ucount is special with stupid terms that dont even males sense. Why charge a fee for a system that doesnt work , why have a call centre or branch staff that cant help , im so flippen sick and tired of the non service front u count , all I want is my vouchers and then to cancel the service
