Waste of my time
I went to a branch during my tea time to change my phone number, ended up waiting over 45 minutes without assistance, the consultants looked like they weren't even serving the other clients well and it looks like they were understaffed as well. If I could give a 0 star I would, complete waste of my free time today, never again at the Golden Acre branch.
