Was told 10 working days... Still waiting

I went to the bank and inquired about getting a credit card. I was told that since I had a credit card before, they would need to re-instate that card and that they will send all my documents off and that I will get some form of feedback after 10 working days.<br> <br> I have still not received any indication of what is going on and whether they are requiring any further documentation etc.<br> <br> If you are going to tell people you will get back to them in ten working days, then you should do just that. That comes with normal service level agreements and customer service.
