Was offered an upgrade to the Titanium credit card: NO RECORD of this
Good day,
Two to three weeks ago I was contacted regarding the upgrade of the Titanium credit card, which I accepted. Today I thought I'd enquire about it and it's progress. There are NO RECORD on your system of this upgrade.
Have I been taken for a fool or has someone decided that I shouldn't be getting one?
Last year ( about 7-8 months ago) I was contacted as well regarding this upgrade but declined as I was about to go overseas.
Could you please give me some insight on this?
