Warning: Standard BanVehicle Finance - Dispute over settlement amount
I'm writing to warn others about my experience with Standard Bank's vehicle finance department. I paid an outstanding amount, which was higher than my settlement quotes. They've closed my account and refuse to refund the difference, claiming the paid amount was the settlement. I have two settlement quotes showing a lower amount, but they're not budging.
