Warning - Don't open a Credit Card with STB

In November 2015 I went into Standard Bank Tyger Manor branch to close my Business Credit Card account. I sat in front of the Gentleman who cut up my card in front of me and supposedly closed my account. Well, it is now March 2016 and my account is still active although not visible on my profile. <br> <br> Despite over 5 visits to the branch, speaking to three different people (as Standard Bank keep movie their staff around, no doubt to be used an excuse later) 20 emails later I am still being billed for the account. And all this even after receiving a confirmation email or the account being closed on on 10 February 2016 3:22 PM. <br> <br> Head up and a warning to all, don't use this bank as if this is the way they do business, no wonder there is so much *****.
