want to blacklist me for nothing

I took out a loan with Standard bank on the 20th of Feb 2020 and was suppose to start debiting on the 7th of April 2020, they never debited my account and handed my account to attorneys without even sending me the sms or notifying of my debit order. I called the attorneys two weeks ago they said they don't have my profile with them and I call standard bank they said the account is those attorneys I called attorneys again they said they cant see my account im so frustrated I regret taking a loan with Standard bank because this could be my last loan after they achieved their mission to get me Blacklisted .
