waiting times too long
Been on que at Standard bank kimberley main branch since 12h20,now it's 13h20 and I am being told that it's because there's only 1 consultant onduty.and wait it gets worse I ask about making an appointment for tomorrow and the lady says they don't take appointments.i mean like reali nw is a person supposed to put in a days leave just to come to da bank?
