WAITING TIME UNACCETABLY LONG
Standard Bank Sanridge branch has moved from best to worst on client service. Waiting times go up to almost two hours even for simple transactions/enquiries.
People leave what they are doing to go to the branch and don't have that much time to waste. It's worse than Home Affairs! . Arrival: 12h29 Departure: 14h15
