Waiting time at branches
It's pointless to request from Standard bank to sort out their problem with long waiting times at their branches. I see reviews and complains about this datimg go back to 2019. So they're clearly not interested or capable of fixing this. 90 Monties waiting to be helped to collect a new card. Typing this whilst still waiting . 91 minutes.....
