Waiting on the response
To whom it may concern I really want to understand why is my loan still of R30600 still standing on a R28 000 and something but I've been paying for a year now which to my understanding it should have been on R17000 and something, on Monday i was at the bank which i also had a problem with Standard bank they handover my account to TC Kwande for my account was overdue with for months and which i brought it up to date and TC Kwande was supposed to be the only guys who needed to deduct from my account but Standard bank continue deducting from my account as well and the lady from the loan department which i talk to said that they will refund me my money back for last month which is R1183.33 and it will only take up to three working days which today is four working days and i have a reference number. Please help to understand what's going on.
