Waiting on a Balance or Settlement letter
I am trying to settle my Vehicle account at Standard Bank. I have requested a Balance or Settlement letter from the bank and have waited 4weeks and still no letter. I called again this morning and spoke to Thulani at the Collections Call Centre and even he is shocked at the level of service because he is the one that have logged the requests on two occasions.
Could someone senior at Standard Bank please assist?
