Waiting more than 2 months for an Application!!!!

We've sent our application on the 18.11.14 and all of the supporting documents. Document was requested numerous of times as it gets lost or is sent to the wrong regions. The application was reinstated numerous of times and cases were logged and the application was stated as urgent. We phone every working day. We had to apply 3 times for the same loan and sent supporting documents numerous of times. They requested documents that weren't necessary as it is a vacant land loan and not a building loan. The valuation needs to be done for this application to progress. How difficult is it to apply for a vacant land loan this is very upsetting and disappointing!!! It has been more than two months!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
