Waiting in line of only 4 people for an hour...

I went banking today and had to stand in line for more than an hour. There were only 4 people in front of me? I spoke to people sitting on the otherside waiting to speak to an consultant. They were also waiting more than an hour. And there was only 1 consultant available to help them. The service is not bad from all the employees but some it seems like your punishing them to come and do your banking... im very disappointed. I had a complaint a few months ago about the condition of the ATMs just outside of the branch. And nobody contacted me again to give feedback.... Standard bank says moving forward I will rather say moving backward.... the service is unacceptable.
