waiting in line for an hour and a half

I have never seen such lack of interest in your customers Std Bank. I have been standing in a queue for an hour and a half now. The aircons are not working and the machine that we print our bank statement from is does not have paper??? This is not on. I can't spend half of my morning in line..... I see why people are switching banks!!!
