waiting forever to get access fee back

Last year the 21st of august my wall was knocked down by a sascko truck I have been in contact with them they are more then willing to pay damages I don't know why standard bank insurance people are dragging their feet on getting me my access fee bank I'm getting no where with their consultance and this is really frustrating every time waiting money on phone calls
